Plus, we have tons of games and toys for the family if you decide to stay in! If you prefer to stay in for a night and unwind we have a 65" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master, and two 40" TVs (one in each downstairs guest bedroom) which include access to streaming services (Netflix, Disney, etc) to allow your family to spread out and relax after a full day of adventures! We have a lot of kid's books, toys, a highchair, kid's stool for handwashing/brushing teeth, kid's dishes, and pack-and-play for use during your stay. We ask you to be respectful of these extra amenities and leave them in good condition for the next guest. We do provide beach towels, a wagon, and an umbrella. We currently have sand toys and chairs for you to use but we ask that you are respectful of these items and return them for the next guest to use. There are two dedicated parking spots you can use directly in front of the house and also community parking near the pool on a first come, first served basis. No trailers are allowed on property via HOA rules. Utilities with a 5 year average are included, any excessive bills (overage from a 5 year average) will be charged to tenant. $125 refundable linen deposit due with first months rent.
