This home is truly a wonderful space in a special location, large enough to accommodate the entire family. The pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day, and wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum of 82F in winter, which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31, the pool heater is off. These numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. The pet fee varies depending on breed and size, and breed restrictions apply. Due to the insurer's policy, certain breeds are prohibited, including Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Dog hybrids, Belgian Malinois, American bully, Alsatian, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described, any trained attack or fighting dog, and no exotic or dangerous animals, nor any dog or cat with any bite history, are permitted on the property. There are tons of restaurants, shops, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. No smoking and no parties or events are allowed. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. The minimum rental age is 25. There is a Ring doorbell camera recording. For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. The nightly rate is based on the standard occupancy rate, and additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out.
