It's a nice little mobile home. It has suited my family well, but we are needing a bigger place. It does need some repairs but nothing major. A little tlc will go a long way. I have been slowly trying to get things done, but with long hours and 4 kids participating in extracurricular activities, it gets hard! You will be buying it as is. The master bath is in the process of a remodel so design it exactly how you want or, of course I will finish it! The central cooling/heating unit will have to be all reinstalled. It sits on an acre lot. There is a shed. There is an above ground pool that is currently partway set up. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. So much potential with this home! Cash offers speak volumes.
