    What's special

3BR/2BA unit occupied by two thirds of triplets. Bedroom #3 is vacant and we want to rent it out. We are both 24 year old working professionals, as auditors for CPA firms. I commute to Manhattan daily, so I can say with confidence that the commute is rather painless. The furniture in the room would be removed. New roommate would use the shared bathroom, and have full use of Kitchen/living room / bar room and can have guests over within reason. We do have roof access as well. The 1 parking space allotted to the unit is used by the two tenants on the lease, so if you have a car, you would need to street park it. Our existing lease is from October-September. Should we renew the lease again, any 3rd roommate that we have with us is welcome to stay on. Unit is located one block from Lincoln Park. Also, there are an abundance of Uber cabs that run in the area. While the apartment was constructed in the 1910's for then Mayor Frank Hague, the apartment does not have an old feel whatsoever. Bathroom and kitchens are brand new, along with new washer/drier in the unit - the only things you need to make an apartment feel modern.Landlord pays heat & water, we pay electric + cable. Utilities are included in the $900/mo. Our lease is October to September. We're looking for at least 6 months from a new roommate, but even longer is obviously better.
