The neighborhood is wonderful, no through traffic, one way in and one what out. The only people here are the ones who live here. Devon Forest Elementary School is in the entrance to our neighborhood, which is a wonderful school with great teachers and staff. All of our neighbors are nice and friendly and generally take great care of their home and yards. Very low cost in HOA fees to the tune of 30 dollars a year, but very good with keeping any one in line if need be. Live here for 7 years so far and will have no problem staying for the long haul.
