Vaulted living room ceiling. great light and privacy from every single window except one. very well maintained. new highly efficient furnace just installed (save on utility bills) and high efficiency new washer and dryer. Rent includes gardener. next door neighbor will be doing a large remodel estimated to start in July (but knowing our permit dept it will be later...) and will go for roughly a year. the neighboring house can not be seen from inside the house except for one window. the house was built in a way to not have windows on this side of the house for privacy reasons. but to be safe, this house is probably best fit for family that is not home often during day. we've rented this house for higher than $6,500 but took down the price to reflect inconvenience of future pending construction next door. 1 year lease application required 2 months rent security deposit can be available earlier than May 1st if needed.
