Ski leases are to be paid in full 30 days prior to your start date. Our ski leases do require full payment of the entire lease term 30 days prior to your arrival. This home will not accept monthly rent payments. Deposit is equal to 2 3 months of the monthly rent depending on Homeowner requirements. Pets are not allowed in any of our homes without a pet contract and permission from the owner Smoking is not allowed at any of our homes both inside the home and/or on the property.
