The second level includes the primary suite - complete with an en-suite bathroom, king sized bed with jacuzzi tub and fireplace, and an amazing deck to enjoy those nice days. The third floor includes two more bedrooms (one with a twin bed, the other with a bunk bed), a full bathroom, a shared deck that overlooks the beach, and an extra sitting area to watch TV/relax. A tenant is responsible for propane (heat source) along with any snow removal.
