My roommate and I are looking for subleasers to take over our apartment in Fort Collins! It s a beautiful two bedroom apartment in Old Town. It s on the top floor with tons of natural light. We are both looking to travel after graduation and would love to save the rent money. Rent is 1230 a month for the whole apartment and about 615 per person. Comes out to 675ish after utilities. The lease would be through July 31st with possibility to extend if desired. We would like to have someone in here by June 1st but if you need something sooner let me know and we can work it out.
