For being in such a convenient city location, it has a cool country living feeling to it. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in now. I am asking $1,600 / month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. We are not a huge property management company so we are looking for understanding people who are easy to work with. Rent is $1,600 a month. Deposit is $1,600 as well.
