The unit comes with vinyl planked flooring in the living room, bathroom, and kitchen with carpet in the living room. It comes with a refrigerator and stove. Water, garbage, and hot water is included. The tenant only pays for electricity. Each unit comes with marked parking. Coin-operated washer and dryer on site. Great unit for single or couple. We only offer a 12-month term and then month to month. We do not allow any smoking even for people with marijuana cards. We do require a minimum rent of 2.7 times the rent and that is $2300 per month for the family. We do not charge any application fee till initial screening is complete. After that $25/adult for a background check. Water, garbage, and hot water are included in the rent.
