Rent is $1619 not including utilities. The maximum the light bill can be is $75. Pets are welcome (pet rent applies)! Parking is free and includes two vehicles. The apartment complex also has 2 pools, tennis courts, and a dog park with agility equipment. There is a free shuttle to and from the van dorn metro (blue and yellow lines). You would be taking over the remainder of our lease, which runs until October 30th with the option to renew if you want.
