awesome rental/ home with roomate split floorplan, good layout. will be a great buy!!!!!!!!! gorgeous setting with private deep,wooded lot with running creek. high canopy of trees for enormous camping fun with friends and cookouts, retreat area.only one mile from 400.huge income potential or first time home. i have lived here and rented home and have loved location, it is family friendly and a dead end street. Neighborhood Description great established neighborhood. optional to enjoy ammenities across the street at martins landing and swimming for fee. very easy going neighbors here and easy to get along with people. love to jog around and visit the neighbors with my dogs. many have been here for years, yet the new couples are down to earth and nice. so many things close by too. and NO holcomb bridge is not impossible to travel. it is fantastic and u can smell the doughnuts at dunkins is the only downside because you will want to go buy them !
