The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis, an 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport, and a 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. It's next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $500 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.
