Very quiet neighborhood. This is all family owned land that we are surround by and they are very nice people. There is a lot of different type of animals out here if you like birds and hang up bird feeders and humming bird feeders there will be more then you can kept fed all year long. We see a ton of rabbits and there are possum, and raccoons along with other animals. It is just a wonderful site we have really enjoyed it.
