Great home. Great neighborhood. Everything is in excellent condition. Will consider lowering the monthly lease amount for GREAT tenants and would further discount the monthly lease payment for folks willing to maintain the lawn and garden areas, (I would supply lawnmower and the front and backyards are on automatic sprinkler system). No smoking inside the home, but there is a front porch and there are upper and lower level outdoor decks in the back. Back decks have decent Mountain views. This is my home, but I have to be away for family reasons for the next few years. I want people who will love this place!
