The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom around 900 square feet. It has full appliances in the kitchen and an in-unit washer & dry. Also is spacious patio deck. The room does not come furnished. Renters are responsible for utilities and wifi; wifi is on average $40 and utilities ranges 50-100$
