Extra sunny garden apartment with shiny wooden floors on one of Rogers Park's best streets. Just one block from Loyola University, Sheridan Road and the CTA bus and el stops -- also on the Northwestern University shuttle bus route. Just two short blocks to the lake and beach. Heat and water are included in the monthly rent! Our tenants pay their own cooking gas, electricity and cable/Internet. We don't charge any non-refundable move-in fees, but do require a security deposit which we keep in a federally insured savings account for our tenant's benefit. Almost without exception everyone of our tenants get the entire deposit back -- plus interest. The only fee associated with applying for this apartment is a credit check fee (less than $30) which goes directly to the credit bureau. Parking is on the street (with a zone permit) and cats are okay with an extra security deposit and monthly fee ($25/month). We prefer a lease that expires on July 31, 2023, to coincide with the start of the Loyola academic year.
