Hello! We are looking for tenants for our lovely home in Broomfield, with a move-in date of approximately 3/27/2019! Rent will be $2195 a month, due at the first of every month. Utilities are not included in the rent. A refundable security deposit equal to one month will be required prior to move in, and will be returned to you promptly on your move-out date, pending no damages found to the home. A year lease will be the minimum with the option for longer. About Our Home: Our home is located in Broomfield, CO - close to the Dry Creek Open Space. Our home has four stories which feature - three bedrooms, two living rooms, a big backyard, a garage and plenty of storage. Our house is located on a very family friendly quiet street, centrally located between Denver and Boulder with quick access to: I-25, restaurants, grocery stores, and walking/biking trails. The home itself has great separation of space. The top floor of the home has two adjacent bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom, the main floor has a living room and large open kitchen with a sliding glass door to the backyard, and the lower floor has the laundry room, half bath, and a second living room. The backyard has a cement slab perfect for a bbq or firepit, a nice lawn, and flower beds and vegetable beds. Lawn mower included. Dogs are considered on an individual basis and we may request an additional pet deposit. You have the option to have the home partially furnished, please let us know if you are interested in that. About Us: Your landlords are us the owners - Nate and Kaitlyn. We are both originally from Oregon but relocated to Colorado in 2015. We are moving into the foothills so we'll be accessible but not hovering landlords. We want to make sure that the people living in our home are comfortable and safe. We are committed to having consistent clear communication with our tenants and be timely and responsive to their needs. Who we're looking for: We'd like tenants that will pay rent on-time, communicate, and treat our home with respect. We're also looking for non-smokers.
