The front has a full porch to chill on or sip your morning coffee. To the back of the building you drive. Your remote will let you into the garage. A keypad security code will close the garage door behind you or you can use the side door. The back yard has a picnic table/bench to read a book, or enjoy your lunch. The yard is partially fenced in for your furry friend. The backdoor entry, like the front door entry has a keypad security entry programmed with your unique entry code. Up a partial flight of stairs to your back door, which opens into your kitchen. Or you can take your own private entry into your kitchen. The kitchen features adjustable track lighting, extra deep double sink, a dishwasher, gas stove, lots of storage cabinets and countertop space, a disposal, tiled back splash, new windows throughout the entire apartment. And, all the electrical outlets have been updated. From the kitchen, you walk into your dining room, which like the rest of the apartment has newly refinished wood floors. The walls are a modern off-white w/ silver trim. A ceiling fan, window bench framed by glass storage cabinets and a picture windows that are classic for the generation of building. Connected to the dining room is the living room with a fireplace and mantle, plenty of windows for natural light. There is a coat rack made custom made to match the over head light fixture with adjustable track lighting If you go out the living room door to the front of the building, you see a external closet to put your wet winter boots and hang your jacket. It's large enough to store a bicycle. If we walk back through the living room to the dining room, there is a door that separates the sleeping quarters and bathroom. The bathroom has been totally rehabbed. New vanity with extra draws for better storage, Vanity mirror over the sink, additional medicine cabinet against the wall, tiled wall and floors. To the left and right of the bathroom are the bedrooms. Both have extra-large closets and windows with refinished wood floors. In the hallway that separates the bedrooms, there is a linen closet. Back through to the kitchen and back door, we will take you downstairs to the basement with multiple washers and dryers for your laundry needs. But there's more: All showings will be by appt only.
