I will be moving out of a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment at the end of the semester/May. There are 2 cats and with 4 people, rent is around $460, electricity ($10) and Wi-fi ($13). The other 2 roommates are majoring in business (information systems), and you would be sharing a room with the guy roommate. Lease ends in August. The Streams are less than 5 min. walking distance from Target & 15 min. walking distance to CSUF.
