It's a lease. We're an easygoing group who values a clean, quiet, and respectful living space. The room is opening up because one of our current housemates is moving out. Rent and security deposit are paid directly to the landlord. We already share the home with one friendly cat, so unfortunately, we can't add more pets right now. The bathroom is shared.
