All appliances are provided by landlord, including microwave, washer and dryer. Our new high efficiency furnace and hot water heater mean your electric and gas utility bills will be reasonable, and your water is paid for by the landlord. You may want to acquire window AC units for your apartment, as the unit has centralized heating but no cooling. No parking is provided, but street parking is available. It is a popular area, so you may have to park up the street during really busy times. Birdietown is a short walk away, as well as other local amenities, and the area is growing rapidly, which means there will be even more to do nearby in the future! This apartment features 3 bedrooms.
