The 2nd room has a twin size bed, a trundle bed, plus office. Separate utility room w/ full-size washer/dryer. A completely equipped kitchen with granite counter-top ready for cozy meals at home. The whole place is covered by hardwood and tile flooring. Include 1 covered parking space. Rent include water(up to $150 per month)/garbage/sewer and electricity(up to $250 per month). Mandatory $50 per adult background check fee. Background check required for all adult will stay in the unit. Deposits: A deposit of $1000(can be applied toward security/damage deposit) will hold your reservation. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. At Check-in, the balance of your security/damage deposit is due and is fully refundable within 21 days of check-out provided the property is left in the same condition as found and a 21 day move-out notice is given. Cancellations: Security (reservation) deposits are FULLY refundable with a minimum 21 day notice prior to arrival. We'll make every attempt to re-rent your reservation if you give us less than 3 weeks notice of cancellation. If successful in finding another tenant, we will refund your reservation deposit. Move out Notice: A definite departure date is NOT required when you make your reservation. We only need a minimum 21 day notice prior to vacating the rental. (more notice is greatly appreciated, but not required) We require a minimum 30 night stay with daily rent $128 per day after that. Rent Payment: Rent for the first 30 days is due at move in. Subsequent rent is then paid every 30 days. Prepaid, unused rent is refunded upon moving out, provided the minimum 21 day move out notice is given.
