Based on past experience, utilities average ~$140 per person per month in the winter, and ~$90 per person per month in the summer. Complimentary high-speed internet is provided. Lease can commence anytime in January or as late as February 1. Rent and utilities for a partial month will be prorated. Please reach to schedule a tour before submitting an application. Maximum occupancy supported by law: 4 No smoking allowed on the property. Well-behaved pets will be considered with an additional $50 per month pet fee. Parking restriction: No more than 2 cars may be parked on-site at any time without prior express written consent of landlord. Note: Homeowner lives downstairs in separate unit. Unit is well-separated spatially and sonically. If all applicants meet all screening criteria, they will be invited to sign the lease and pay the first month's rent, or submit a $600.00 occupancy deposit in order to secure the unit and remove it from the market. If not, an adverse action notice will be provided, denying tenancy or offering alternate rental terms (e.g. requiring a cosigner).
