The apartment is on the second floor of a twenty-eight unit courtyard building one block from the Loyola University LakeShore campus. The apartment has hardwood floors, a large master bedroom, a smaller second bedroom, a kitchen, combination living/dining room and one bathroom. We pay for heat and cooking gas. Our tenants pay for their own cooking gas, electricity, and cable/Internet. We do not charge any non-refundable fees other than a pet fee, but we do require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. That is, there are no move-in fees.
