Tenant must maintain renter's insurance with minimum liability coverage of $100,000 and provide proof annually. 12. Parking is limited to the driveway and garage; no street storage of non-operational or unregistered vehicles. 13. Garbage and recycling must be stored properly and taken out on scheduled pickup days to avoid fines and pests. 14. Tenant agrees to follow all city noise ordinances, especially after 10 PM. 15. Upon move-out, tenant must return the home in clean condition, remove all belongings, and repair any tenant-caused damage beyond normal wear and tear.
