Level entrance, balcony, laundry hookups in unfinished basement ( some extra storage) yard is shared, I cut the grass and shovel the sidewalks. Close to stores and Rt. 28. There is stove and a washer, that a tenant left, but I do not provide appliances. If you need assistance in getting any I will accommodate. Includes all utilities and outside maintnence
