We are also walking distance to 4 grocery stores and 3 Trimet bus lines. (14, 15, 71) You will have a private entrance and share our peaceful and shady nature-scaped back yard that has a Koi pond and waterfall. You can also relax with your coffee on our large, covered front porch. If you enjoy cooking, we have fresh herbs to pick and we share the organic veggies we grow in garden boxes. Our neighborhood is friendly and has social events like block parties and an annual progressive dinner. We are a quiet, retired couple living on the main floor of our home with our 3 indoor/outdoor cats. Your one or two reliably box-trained cats that will not scratch the woodwork or carpet are welcome (no kittens or dogs). Our home is quiet and we are looking for similarly quiet folks who don't smoke (anything) or burn incense or use other strong scents.
