Myself as well the other housemate are social people and enjoy late night philosophical discussions, but we are also workaholics and want someone that will respect each others property and privacy. I also own quite a few boardgames if you enjoy some tabletop play. The community is gated. We have quite a few homeless (like most of Seattle) causing petty crime. Between the cameras and neighborhood watch is something does happen it gets sorted out quickly. Due to not only my personal rules but also HOA standards, there will be no smoking of any kind inside or 20 yards outside the premises. as well as loud parties.
