Large private master bedroom with gas fireplace. Large grass covered fenced backyard. Large kitchen. Vinyl wood floors in three bedrooms. Ceramic floors in rest of house. Quiet pretty street. (A washing machine and dryer were left by the last tenants. But no responsibility is assumed by the owner for their condition.) Renter pays for utilities, gardening. The yards and gardens must be maintained during the rental period, and left in good condition at the end of any lease period. The last tenants left a washing machine and dryer in the utility area. New tenants are welcome to use them, but the owner assumes no responsibility for their condition or for their repair. If the tenant wants to rent with a cat or dog, an additional damage deposit of $1000 per pet needs to be added to the deposit. The garage and guest house behind the fence are not part of the rental at this time. Those areas will become available for rent for an additonal amount after the the owner removes his possessions from those areas, hopefully in the near future.
