The apartment is quiet and neighbors are very respectful and considerate. Trader Joe's, Jewel Osco, Starbucks, Target, and Walgreens are 2 minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and gyms in the area. The apartment is also a few blocks away from the museums and Lake Michigan. Rent is $2,500 per month and that includes high-speed internet, Heat, A/C, Gas, Directv, 24/7 security guard for the building, fitness room, and garbage disposal. Electricity is the only monthly expense not included in rent, and it runs around $30-40 a month. Indoor parking is available for an extra $200 a month. Thank you for your interest!
