The ranch house is just 11-miles down Orr Springs Road from Ukiah, about 30 minutes from town. We are one mile from Orr Hot Springs Resort, three miles from Montgomery Redwood Preserve and 20 miles from the Pacific Coast. Owners will live off site in the Bay Area, and are on call for any needed support during your stay.. House utilizes well water and septic tank, which owner will maintain. Owner will pay for garbage and recycle collection. Owner will maintain driveway conditions, and any major issues with the property. Renter is expected to occupy the house with agreed number of renters, maintain a clean home that is free of hazards and any illegal activities. Renter is responsible fees related to electricity, propane, firewood, landline and wi-fi.
