If the septic needs servicing, the charge is divided by the number of people. If the well runs dry in the summer, more than twice, I will provide your own tank behind the house and you will be responsible for your own water. The house is all electric and separately metered; you are responsible for paying your share of the electricity based on your usage, monthly. Guests can only stay a maximum of 3 nights per week (due to water constraints). There are 4 separate houses on the property, we share a bonfire, an outdoor clubhouse with sink and barbecue area, there is an outdoor bathroom and an apple orchard. We are all very quiet. It's a beautiful property.
