Sublease at Hub on 3rd Ave available from MAY to JULY! The apartment is a 2x2 but only ONE room is for sublease. This is also not a traditional sublease in the sense that you pay me directly. Instead, this is a lease transfer agreement, where I will transfer my lease to you from May 1 to July 31. At that point, you may renew with Hub on 3rd Ave directly. My current roommate is a male, so male subletters are required. Hub on 3rd is located literally across the street from Publix and only a 5-minute walk from campus. Hub also offers a ton of amenities such as a rooftop pool, gym, and study room. For more information, contact me or visit the Hub on 3rd website. Hub on 3rd includes WiFi, but does not include water or electricity. There is also a $10 a month trash fee (trash is collected every night directly outside your door). Remember, this is a lease transfer from May 1 to July 31. However, you can renew at the end of July if you would like.
