The apartment is 630 sq. feet (one bed, one bath), has a wood burning fireplace, abundant storage, a carport is available for additional payment, a small porch, your own water heater, and a community pool and gym. Nearby you can easily get to a 24 hour fitness, king soopers, a wide variety of restaurants and smaller businesses, red rocks community college, and the federal center and light rail station. Not to mention downtown is a quick 20-30 minute drive down 6th when traffic is light. We are looking for someone to take over our lease. It is up in March and monthly rent is $1,020. After March it would be renters discretion to renew the lease. Apartment would be rented in "as-is" condition except, with enough notice we can have apartment maintenance do anything that is found on a walkthrough (assuming they are willing, which they have been for our entire stay here) and will also have the carpet shampooed. With a new lease there would be a $500 deposit, which we have already paid, so you would not have to pay that. Dogs (breed restrictions apply) and cats are allowed with a pet rent fee of $25 monthly.
