Hello! I have two options for a sublease in the wonderful Americana Lakewood Apartments. No deposit required! 1. Lease takeover on June 1st: $50 online application fee and $100 admin fee (refundable if not accepted). 2. Roommate with current resident and my dog (lab mix) from June 1st-Oct 1st: you take over the bed room and pay half the rent (~$550/mo). I will section out a space for my dog and I in the living room. After Oct. 1, you will take over lease. Rent comes to ~$1105/mo (includes rent, trash, water and sewer) Requirements: Able to afford 3x the monthly rent, No violent crimes/violent felonies, No open bankruptcies, No evictions within the last 7 years. If you choose to pay half the rent and live with the current resident, here is some info about me: Life circumstances have it that my current roommate will be moving out by June 1st. I am currently employed in Lakewood until October and cannot afford the total rent on my own. I am searching for either someone to take over the lease entirely, or a roommate to live with my dog and I until October 1. I am a Colorado native, and with that nature comes my love for the outdoors. I have a sweetheart of a lab mix who I am constantly taking on hiking adventures. He gets along great with other dogs (no cats unfortunately) and when he is not playing fetch, he is cuddling. I work outside in the Parks and Rec department for Lakewood 5-7 days a week. On the weekends I am in Stage Management for Curious Theatre Company in Denver. Working with both outdoors people and creative people keeps me uplifted and entertained!
