You will be staying in the back half of a charming residence on 4th Street in Sarasota, just a ten minute walk away from all the downtown area has to offer. By Florida law, we are required to pay a 7% sales tax and a 5% tourist tax on each stay. Minimum nights to rent is 8 nights per the City of Sarasota Zoning Code.
