Looking for the right people for a house-share arrangement in a four-bedroom home in the Lake Park neighborhood. Three private bedrooms are available with shared use of the kitchen and living areas. $1,000 per bedroom per month, utilities included. Six-month minimum commitment. The front portion of the house will remain separate and reserved for our use. The location is particularly convenient for seasonal and contract professionals. The house is close to downtown Naples, the beaches, shopping and restaurants, and NCH Baker Hospital is located nearby at 350 7th Street N. (Naples Comprehensive Health) Specifically looking for responsible seasonal professionals with verifiable local employment. Healthcare professionals, nurses, first responders, law enforcement, educators and other professionals working in the Naples area would be a good fit. Three friends or coworkers who already know one another would be ideal. Requirements: Six-month minimum Proof of local employment Background check No smoking No illegal drugs No cats or dogs Responsible, respectful shared-house environment 6-month minimum lease. $1,000 per month per bedroom, with electric, water, Wi-Fi and other household utilities included.
