I have a wonderful atrium that is visible to the entire house through a very large kitchen into the breakfast nook to the modern living room. In the front of the house is an enclosed front porch. The front porch is a great place to relax and watch storms in the summer. The wood burning stove in the atrium in great in the winter, and helps heat the entire house while saving a lot on heating costs. The inside is cozy and warm, featuring earth colors and a terra cotta heated ceramic floor. Although it is a one bedroom, there is a small room attached to the kitchen which has a single bed and armoire for closet space, which has been a wonderful bedroom for my son. The atrium also doubles as a dining room-- with the ability to grow plants year round with the glass ceiling, it feels like summer year-round. The basement has a nice bathroom and plenty of space for whichever use is needed. The main bathroom is very large plenty of room for furniture, such as a chair which fits nicely with plenty of room to spare. There is a new upright washer and dryer set in this bathroom, which is attached to the master bedroom. All the windows almost new Renewal by Anderson windows, which have modern easy cleaning and double thermal glass while maintaining the style of the house. The kitchen is by far the best room in the house because I am a cook; I designed the room to have a lot of storage, counter space and lighting. All of the modern, name-brand appliances are included with the house along with a garbage disposal, lazy susan and recessed lighting to make a chef's dream come true.
