Although attached to the main house, our rental has a completely separate entrance and does not share any indoor space with the main house. The unit is configured as a one bedroom rental with a separate living/kitchenette area. The unit includes a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette sink, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker and a few other kitchenette necessities. The unit has a Jack and Jill style bathroom accessible from both rooms. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, large work desk, dresser, nightstand and A/C unit. The room also has a closet with a substantial amount of space as well as two large windows with views of the backyard/pool area and are dressed with blinds and drapes for privacy. The other room/living area, includes a kitchenette, a dining table, a futon, closet and A/C unit. There is wood laminate flooring throughout both rooms. The unit has a full sized bathroom with a stand up shower and a beautiful wall to wall vanity/mirror. Our home is located in the neighborhood just across the hwy from Castle Medical Center and only 2 miles from famed Kailua Beach. Kailua Town is even closer, where you'll find numerous grocery stores, trendy boutiques and restaurants, as well as hiking and other outdoor activities. Fully furnished unit available now for move-in! Quiet unit attached to our home in Kailua, perfect for traveling nurses or professionals. Split AC units in all rooms! Ideal for 1 individual or a couple. Initial move in fees would include 1st month's rent ($2000.00), Refundable Security Deposit ($2000.00) and a Non Refundable Cleaning Fee ($350). Water, cable and WiFi internet are included in monthly rent amount (the rental unit has its own electrical sub panel/meter. Monthly electricity cost is paid separately by tenant and is based on electricity usage specified by that panel/meter each month). Parking is available in our driveway or in front of our property.
