It is a large space (as large as two standard rooms combined) and it will be shared with someone else. I'm a responsible recent college graduate and I also work. I prefer easy going people that are responsible as well since there will be 2 or 3 people living in a large one bedroom apartment. If you are interested in the bedroom, it will be $875 + Deposit. I'm happy with either space. Beautiful views towards the Hills. The place will be available Starting August or July if you are ready to move. If you're one person, rent will be $975 + deposit unless you want the bedroom which will be lower. The "not so nice" furniture is going away, including all those shoes on the floor. Street parking with permit and near-by laundry withing walking distance. Almost everything is within walking distance including The grove, The Beverly Center, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and a 24/7 CVS.
