Several parks are located in the subdivision along with access to exercise trails. Ready for move-in April 1st. I am asking $2,200/ month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long-term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdos or complainers. The rent is $2,200 a month. Deposit is $2,200 as well. So it is $4,400 to move in. No Cats or Dogs Tenant pays all utilities which must be switched to tenants name(s).
