Property Landlord leases to Tenant the newly constructed residential property located at: 126A Cloverdale, CA 95425 The Premises is a new-construction Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) consisting of one (1) bedroom and one-and-one-half (1 ) bathrooms, with exclusive use of a front yard and side yard, and separate electrical and water meters. 2. Term This is a fixed-term lease for one (1) year. Start Date: ____________________ End Date: ____________________ Upon expiration, tenancy shall convert to month-to-month under the same terms unless terminated by lawful written notice. 3. Rent Tenant agrees to pay $1,900.00 per month as rent.
