This unit has a large (230 square feet Living room) and each bedroom is about 165 square feet. Bathroom with tub and shower and fully functional kitchen (all-electric). Each unit comes with a refrigerator, stove, and electric oven. Each apartment has a designated carport space and a storage unit. The property has coin-operated laundry within 50 feet of the unit. Again, this is a second-floor unit and requires going up via steps. Do not apply if you have restrictions on taking about ten steps. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. This is an all-electric unit and the tenant pays for electricity. We do not allow any form of smoking inside or within 25 feet of the apartment. The rule applies to any tenants even with marijuana holding cards. We have full-time 24-hour employees for maintenance-related needs. All leases are yearly leases.
