Apartments are insulated for energy efficiency and sound damping. ABOUT THIS APARTMENT: These two bedroom/two bath apartments face the back of the building over the city. As such, it is relatively quiet with minimal light pollution at night. The operable Steelcase windows get direct sun in the afternoon. Tenants report that electric bills average $80.00-$95.00 month Included in the monthly rent for all apartments is water/sewer/trash/recycling and Wi-Fi. Sorry - we cannot accommodate pets or smoking.
