I recently fully remodeled this house with my father, the owner of the property. I manage it and am currently living with one other person. The room has a closet and window. The house has a large shared fridge, a range, a dishwasher and a microwave. The backyard is large and there is plenty of parking on the street/driveway. The two of us that reside at the house are college students at iowa state. We often have people over on the weekends but generally keep the living space pretty clean.
