This home is just 7 minutes from base, 10 minutes from main restaurants and shopping, and 15 minutes from most hospitals in town! Guests staying on this side of the home have exclusive use of the paved driveway with a sidewalk leading directly to the main (and private) front entrance. The covered front porch has two rocking chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Inside there have been many recent updates that create a beautiful, clean, and fresh environment for traveling professionals, including an open kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, granite countertops, full size stainless steel appliances, cooking/dishes basics, and an in-eat dining room.Just off the kitchen are the sliding glass doors to the cute private deck, and access to the fully fenced in backyard. (Please note that the backyard is shared with the guests staying in the other unit.) In-unit laundry is provided with full size machines and large storage/pantry shelves above. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a cozy L-shaped sectional and a large 55" Smart TV. The bathroom is down the hall with convenient access from all three bedrooms, has a tiled tub/shower combo, new glass doors just recently installed, and a large linen closet for additional storage space. Two of the three bedrooms are set up with queen beds, the third has a Full, and all rooms have quality mattresses and bedding, individual closets, dressers, nightstands, and personal TVs. One of the queen bedrooms also boasts a recliner. The entire home (minus the kitchen) is equipped with blackout curtain, perfect for our traveling night nurses. Please note that we don't provide cable TV, but our guests are always welcome to use their own streaming services. This unit is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and furnished with everything you would need for a short or extended stay. (The home has also been updated with LVP floors, new paint, trim, new windows, etc.) NOTES: 1. You will be responsible for cleaning your space during your stay, basic cleaning items provided. (Can arrange monthly cleaning service at additional cost.) 2. There is a smaller unit attached (but completely separated) that is also a furnished rental for traveling professional. We appreciate in advance our guests respecting each other's privacy, staying quiet at late hours, and working together for everyones peace and enjoyment. 3. All guests will need to ensure that trash and recycling are placed at the curb. (Trash is weekly on Tuesdays, recycling is every other week on Tuesdays.) 4. Holding deposit is required to book unit *if* the booking is 3 or more weeks out from check-in date, and is non-refundable. Security deposit is fully refundable if no damage or loss of furnishings is incurred. All utilities and home maintenance expenses included in monthly rent. Minimum 30 day lease, flexible cancellation policy. We cater to traveling professionals/families in transition and understand that flexibility is key for this demographic.
