Enjoy the private covered dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The enchanting locale of Hanesbee Escape is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy Lake Norman's waterfront for kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. It's a great location for local attractions and dining, offering a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property. No weddings or events are allowed, and the maximum daytime occupancy is 20. No smoking and no on-street parking are permitted. Quiet time is at 10 PM. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking and must be 26 years old to rent the home. A two-dog limit is allowed at no charge and must be pre-approved.
