Private entrance off the driveway. Parking is next to the front door. Washer/Dryer is right next to the studio. All utilities included, including weekly gardener. Close to Sheffield Exit 101 Freeway off North Jameson. Freeway noise but it is mitigated with fountains. One mile to Miramar and Butterfly Beach - one mile to Summerland Beach. It is in a safe area and not near any potential flooding. Given the proximately to the freeway, there is some freeway noise. We have double-pained glass on the two sets of windows and French Doors, and fountains in the garden, but you can still hear the freeway a bit. The studio is located at the end of the driveway with parking right outside the door. It is attached to the main house but it is separated by the entry hall which is the entrance to the studio and a laundry W/D area. There are no continguous walls between the studio and the house.
